No Glory

The No Glory campaign sought to challenge any attempt to sanitise, excuse or glorify the global conflict that took place between 1914 and 1918. It argued the best way to honour those who died is to seek to prevent such needless slaughter happening again.

We produced this booklet by Neil Faulkner for the centenary of the Battle of the Somme in 2016. Its title ‘Have you Forgotten Yet’ comes from Siegfried Sassoon’s poem Aftermath. No Glory’s website is a vast resource of information, comment, and artistic expression about World War One.

Here’s the collection of War Sketches I wrote for No Glory.
